This kit is based on Double antibody Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti DVL1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components.

The Human DVL1 (Segment polarity protein dishevelled homolog DVL-1) ELISA Kit measures DVL1 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti DVL1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with DVL1 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of DVL1 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Since new build homes typically don't come with towel rods this was what I envisioned instead. I purchased the hooks separately. The shelves are perfect! I ordered a 36in set as you see with the cream towels and a 48in set that you see with the green towels. They're not loose but not 100% sturdy. I recommend maybe gluing to the wall in addition to the rest and definitely screwing into a stud. They're easy enough to figure out without the instructions. But I will say they're supposed to be screwed in underneath to the rods but they did not come with an appropriate screw for that so I had to use some I already had on hand.
