Mouse TNMD (Tenomodulin) ELISA KitThe Mouse (TNMD) Tenomodulin ELISA Kit measures Tenomodulin in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre coated with Mouse TNMD antibody. TNMD present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse TNMD Antibody is added and binds to TNMD in the sample. Then Streptavidin HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated TNMD antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin HRP is washed away during a washing step.

The Mouse (TNMD) Tenomodulin ELISA Kit measures Tenomodulin in Mouse samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Mouse TNMD antibody. TNMD present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Mouse TNMD Antibody is added and binds to TNMD in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated TNMD antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Mouse TNMD. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Important!: Note the Size. These are TINY Toys.
The most important thing is to double (or triple!) check the size before ordering. I got the lobster, and though it looks small in the photos, it's much tinier in person. The image with the measurements lists in centimeters first, so it's super easy to give it a glance, assume it's in inches, and move on. Despite knowing the size, when I took it out of the package I assumed I was sent the wrong product, as it looks like one of those mini stuffies people hang on their car rearview mirror. Aside from sizing, what you see is what you get and it looks like the photos as far as coloring, material, etc.
