The SmartCode touchscreen smart lock with Home Connect technology enables the lock to wirelessly communicate with other devices in home. It features patented SecureScreen technology to prevent code detection from fingerprints on the touchscreen. SmartCode is easy to install, program and use, and operates on 4 AA batteries. It also features SmartKey Security as the back-up keyway. This single cylinder deadbolt can be locked or unlocked by using the keypad or key from the outside as well as the turn button from the inside. Missing Part, no customer support.
Missing the bolt that attaches the base to the center post. We contacted the vendor and they responded,
"We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated.

Really, like we didn't checked the box?
Responded back to the vendor that we tore the box apart, no bolt. They have gone silent.
Update, vendor has offered a partially refund, guess I'll head to Home Depot and look for a replacement bolt. What a pain.
Went from 1 to 3 stars for at least contacting us.
