充滿酒蔵的執著與堅持的一段仕込，袋搾而成的無濾過生原酒，「醸す森」系列。生酒獨有的、充滿活力的炭酸感，清爽而濃郁的味道。洋梨或荔枝般的清甜香氣，酸味亦緊緊聯繫起後味。雖然十分適合為食前酒，但如果和料理一同享用的話，可以搭配pizza或法式肉批。
【酒蔵：苗場酒造 | 醸す森】
「苗場酒造株式會社」創業於1907年。位於日本有名的豪雪地帶，新潟縣中魚沼津南町，是一家自古以來因釀造高品質日本酒而受到愛戴的地酒藏。
在珍惜著親近當地人們而來的歷史的同時，把各種各樣人的思想重疊，由此決定開始新銘柄的造酒。「目標是想釀造出帶有清爽的吟釀香，將米的甘甜與旨味凝聚結合，不會喝膩的日本酒」。
洗米﹑造麴﹑釀造作業（仕込）﹑上槽等基本上都是人手操作，總而言之就是纖細地﹑優雅地﹑花上時間與成本而製造的，究極的逸品。即使只是細小的地酒藏，帶著巨大的夢想與熱情來挑戰，「嶄新而充滿果香的日本酒」。這個就是「醸す森」。

Good comfort, quality and classy
