The American Range 36”Oven Range Series is designed for heavy duty use and performance in a commercial kitchen.
Featuring 5 x 303mm open burners over an integrated static oven, with reversible cast iron trivets to accept flat pans or woks.

- Two piece, lift-off easy clean open burners
- Removable full width drip pan under open burners
- Open burner design – Manually lit, No pilot, with flame failure. Simple - low maintenance

The pages fall apart easily. The book wasn’t bound properly at all.

I’ve just opened this book today. I like how the subject matters are explained and to the point. However, I bought this book new and it is already falling apart from the seams. Whatever they used to bind the pages together is of very poor quality; for that matter I gave it a rating of 3. Wish it was more durable. Now I’m afraid the leaves will all fall out very soon.
