• Using a hot water sanitation system, it includes a Sense-A-Temp™ booster heater that raises temperatures 70 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure water is 180 degrees Fahrenheit for proper cleaning.
• To monitor cycle progression, the microcomputer controls provide an advanced digital cycle and temperature display, and for smooth operation, this unit includes two revolving upper and lower anti-clogging wash arms and rinse arms.
• The Hobart PW10-2 pot and pan washer’s chamber accepts 10 full-sized sheet pans or a 140-quart mixing bowl.
• To accommodate various dishware, it includes a flat grid, tray rack, and flat bottom rack, each of which measures 20 inches wide by 20 inches deep.
