The TTSPORT 7640TK is a Direct-Mount Series front big brake kit engineered for 2022-2026 GWM Tank 500. It replaces the factory front caliper and rotor with a 6-piston forged aluminum caliper and a Ø335 mm × 32 mm internally vented one-piece rotor, using vehicle-specific direct-mount geometry with no universal adapter brackets.
This package is built for owners who load the vehicle, run heavier wheels and tires, tow, or face long mountain descents and want stronger, more consistent pedal feel without compromising bolt-on fitment.
Caliper mounts directly to the Tank 500 front knuckle with vehicle-specific geometry and no universal adapter brackets.
27 mm × 2 / 32 mm × 2 / 38 mm × 2 pistons distribute pad pressure for even wear and stable bite.
50.2 cm² total piston area per caliper adds controlled front-axle clamp force for a loaded Tank 500.
Heat-treated high-carbon cast-iron rotor, internally vented, fixed, directional left/right specific, with curved slot / Grain Slot face pattern.
Recommended for 17 in or larger wheels with at least 99 mm minimum spoke clearance.
Three-layer PTFE / SUS304 / PVC brake lines help reduce hose expansion for firmer pedal travel.
