All it claims to be!
This product is all it claims to be!! Very smooth, buttery and hydrating. I do not enjoy the vanilla scented one. It has cinnamon in it which I was not expecting based on the description. If it was plain vanilla, I would definitely enjoy it more. I will probably buy the honey one over any of these other scents.

Nasty!
Literally is nasty, smells like cow fat. It’s like if they just scooped the fat from the cow into the chapstick tube. It’s grows. Now what I was expecting. I threw mine away.

Heals skin
It definitely dries out your skin quickly but I do recommend moisture so the skin won’t crack or you get open cuts as your dermatitis is healing. I have dermatitis really bad where my skin drys and hurts when I have a cut, So far it’s working as intended.
