Dark green color, fine texture and can be mowed low for a manicured turf. It grows well in full sun, but also does well in some shade. Seed at 5 7 lbs 1000 sq ft. Mix contains seed which produces grass that will make a naturally occurring product, endophyte. Endophyte is toxic to livestock or horses, therefore, seed should not be used for pastures.
