Each tablet is specially formulated with 320mg Magnesium (from Magnesium Carbonate Hydrate) and 2.5mg Passionflower extract (from 250mg dry flower) and is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve sleeplessness associated with stress and decrease feelings of restlessness. This mineral and herbal supplement also helps relieve muscle cramps when dietary intake of magnesium is inadequate. Take one tablet daily, dissolved in 200ml of water, or as recommended by your healthcare professional, for a lemon balm-flavoured effervescent drink that tastes great. I Smell Like a Gentleman Who Owns a Fireplace

The lather is genuinely rich; squeeze a modest amount and it blooms into a thick, creamy foam that covers everything efficiently. The texture is silky rather than watery, which matters more than people admit. Watery body washes feel like rinsing off with slightly scented regret. This one feels intentional. It cleans, and your skin actually feels clean afterward, not just rinsed. And the moisturizing? I wasn't expecting it. No greasy film, no lotion-begging dry patches by midday.
