From the popular game "Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice" comes a DX edition figma of the one-armed shinobi Sekiro. The creation of the figma was entirely supervised by From Software, making for a stunningly accurate recreation.

?Using the smooth yet posable joints of figma, you can act out a variety of different scenes from the game. ?A flexible plastic is used for important areas, allowing proportions to be kept without compromising posability. ?3D paintwork has been utilized to realistically recreate his glaring expression. ?He comes with Kusabimaru, the Mortal Blade and the Grapple Hook as optional parts. ?Additionally, the DX edition includes the Loaded Axe, Loaded Spear and Loaded Umbrella Shinobi Prosthetic Tools along with a Sculptor's Idol and Death Effect Sheet. ?An articulated figma stand is included, which allows various poses to be taken.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
