Design

We use vertical quad projectors for these Chevrolet Silverado NOVA-series full LED headlights, and we apply Y-shape LED tube as a DRL and signal light. The DRL comes with switchback white LED DRL and sequential amber LED turn signal. The headlights also comes with activation light feature, which is a running light when you unlock your Silverado. At the side of these Chevrolet Silverado NOVA-series headlights is the amber reflector lens that are required by DOT. The top projectors are for low beam, while the bottom projectors are for high beam.

Housing

Lens

Our Chevrolet Silverado NOVA-series full LED headlights are made of polycarbonate plastic lens. We also apply a layer of anti-fog agent on the headlights lens; thus, it allows better light output in extreme weather. In addition, we also apply another coating to protect the lens against yellowing and oxidation.
