Opening the frame:
Open the handles on both sides and unfold them outward. Press down on the fittings on both sides of the seat cushion, and a clicking sound indicates complete unfolding.
Height adjustment:
Open the height adjustment handle below the handle upwards, which can be adjusted to a height suitable for oneself, and then lock the height adjustment handle downwards.
