Integration with the VanMoof app requires activation by VanMoof Support. To receive the necessary QR code for activation, please send the frame's serial number and the cartridge's MAC address. Activation is at the sole discretion of the support team.
Returns and spare parts
According to EU law, you can return the Smart Cartridge within 14 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Tampered with or damaged items are excluded from returns. Every shipment is photographically documented, and returns of items not purchased from us will be reported to the authorities.
