Important NOTE
To integrate the Smart Cartridge into the VanMoof app, activation by VanMoof Support is required. The frame serial number and the cartridge serial number (MAC address) must be sent to VanMoof Support to receive an activation QR code. We cannot guarantee that VanMoof Support will grant approval for the new Smart Cartridge. This is solely at their discretion.
Returns and spare parts
According to EU law, you can return the Smart Cartridge within 14 days in unused condition and original packaging. Tampered with or damaged items are excluded from return. Every shipment is photographically documented. Returns of damaged or tampered items not purchased from us will be reported to the authorities.
