Care: 

Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth. To avoid warping, do not put in the high-humidity setting, or let soak in the sink. Remove odors by rubbing the board with salt and lemon. Let sit for a couple of minutes and wipe clean with a damp cloth. 

To maintain the maximum appearance, condition 3-5 times after installation, and about once a month after that point.
