A cracking vintage!! Best enjoyed on ice with a wedge of fresh lime. Otherwise try it as a mixer with soda or tonic.
House Gin - Seppeltsfield Road Distillers' 'House Gin' is a contemporary gin that balances fresh citrus on subtle juniper notes. Chamomile and locally grown Barossa lavender adds a delicate depth, while blue cornflowers provide a beautiful, bright sweetness. Barossa Dry Gin - Seppeltsfield Road Distillers' Barossa adaptation of the classic 'London Dry' style gin, brings notes of juniper, citrus, pink peppercorns & lavender to create a gin that is bright, complex and overall delicious. As a G&T, paired with CAPI Dry Tonic and dehydrated orange. Or keep it classic with a Dry Martini served with a grapefruit twist.
Savoury Allsorts Gin - A uniquely savoury gin with upfront star anise and liquorice root characters fused with herbaceaous flavours of thyme and marjoram. A long lasting flavourful gin perfect for chilly wintry days or long summer drinks.
