Product Description

TUFFY toys are the most durable dog toys on the market! With up to 4 layers of material, our toys are bonded and sewn together with up to 7 rows of stitching for added durability. A protective webbing is added to the outside edge to cover the seams and make the toy even stronger. TUFFY toys float in water and are machine washable (air dry). Squeakers are sewn inside protective pouches for your dog’s safety. This extra measure of safety can give you the time you need to remove the toy in the event your dog reaches the core. Our toys are built to last, but keep in mind that no toy is “indestructible”. TUFFY toys are designed to be used for interactive play and are not chew toys. Please be a responsible dog owner and only allow your dog to play with the toy under supervision. Do not allow your pet to ingest any portion of the toy. We strive to make our toys the strongest and safest on the market. As loving dog owners, we only want the best toys for our dogs and yours!

Features

Tuffscale

All toys are not created equal… that is why we created the Tuffscale. The Tuffscale is designed to give you insight on how tuff the toy you’re buying compares against another. Some dogs are aggressive and can only have the tuffest toys ranked 8 and above. Other dogs may not be as aggressive or may be older and behave better with their toys. If this sounds like your dog, you can consider toys ranked 5 and above.

How Are They Made?

Tuffy toys can have up to 4 layers of material depending on the shape, size and style of the toy and up to 7 rows of stitching. Our Ultimate series (depicted here) can have up to 2 layers of Luggage grade material. Certain layers of material are coated with a layer of plastic to hold the material fibers together. Finally, we use soft fleece for the outside layer. All layers are sewn together multiple times for extra durability.

Squeaker Safety Pockets

Squeakers are sewn into material pockets inside the toy. This additional layer of safety can give you the time you need to safely remove the toy in the event your dog reaches the core of the toy. Please be a responsible dog owner and only allow your dog to play with the toy under supervision. Do not allow your pet to ingest any portion of the toy.

Additional Features

Tuffy toys include an additional black webbing around the outside edge, which covers and protects the seams. This binding makes our toys extra durable. Our Tuffy toys float in water and are machine washable (air dry). Our toys are built to last, but keep in mind that no toy is 'indestructible'. Tuffy toys are designed to be used for interactive play and are not chew toys.
