Powered by the science of the stretch-shortening cycle used in plyometric training, the vest loads the body during the eccentric phase of movement and recoils during the concentric phase to enhance force production, speed, and explosiveness. The Active model weighs approximately 10 lbs and includes 12 spring-loaded ProPulse® cartridges, while the Pro model weighs 15 lbs or 20 lbs with a 2.5 hydration pouch and includes 20 cartridges.
