Transferred me to someone else who then told me she’d email me some numbers to call for deals on refurbished printers or onsite support. I ended ups solving the problem… I threw the printer in the trash, and will likely not buy anymore epson products.     I’ve been using A-Sub paper for my sublimation projects, and it is easily one of the best.
