Arnica: CBD Arnica Balm is applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, and sprains. It is also applied to the skin for insect bites, arthritis, muscle and cartilage pain, chapped lips, and acne.

HOW WE USE IT

So you are likely asking how should one use this?  Start by massaging a small amount (think a dime size thin layer) of balm onto the sore areas and tah-dah!  Let it go to work in relieving soreness/tightness and also relieving some of those aches and pains.
