Solid 1-DHEA boost for your serious lean gains.

Blackstone Labs CHOSEN 1 is a prohormone-type product centered on 1-DHEA, something you see a lot in sports supps for folks chasing lean muscle, denser-looking muscles, and recomp help. From what brands and retailers say, it's got a 1-DHEA blend at 65 mg per serving, with a triple ester setup and liposomal delivery to make it work better. The idea is to help convert to 1-testosterone effects through a step-by-step process, not like a stim-packed pre-workout or a basic herbal test support.

For shoppers like you, it's all about real results: this one's talked about as an advanced pick for getting a drier, leaner, stronger vibe during a solid training run. Reviews often put it in the lean mass or cutting-recomp category, not the puffy bulk stuff. People grab it for better training fire, noticeable body changes, and more confidence in the gym over a few weeks, not instant feels.

Blackstone Labs is big in the hardcore supp world, especially with folks who like bold products for body comp. That rep means it's popular with pros, but yeah, treat hormone stuff with respect. This ain't for beginners.

Note: Full supplement facts panel not available for independent dose verification. Because we do not have a fully verified label extraction, inactive ingredients, exact breakdowns of the reported blend, and complete use dir

Key Highlights

  • Packs a 1-DHEA blend at 65 mg per serving, based on brand and retailer info.
  • Geared for lean mass, recomp, and muscle hardening—not your basic test booster.
  • Brand says it uses three forms of 1-DHEA for that steady release vibe.
  • Liposomal tech is hyped to boost absorption and make it perform better.
  • No stims here, so it's great if you want physique help without the energy rollercoaster.
  • Gets a lot of buzz in hardcore supp spots, big with experienced lifters.
  • Usually picked for multi-week training blocks where you see real body comp progress.
  • Blackstone Labs is well-known in the advanced sports nutrition game.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned bodybuilders hitting a lean mass or recomp phase
  • Intermediate-to-advanced guys after a harder, drier physique
  • Folks shopping specifically for 1-DHEA or prohormones, not basic test boosters
  • Strength athletes in a focused block needing physique backup
  • Lifters with nutrition, sleep, and progressive training dialed in
  • Guys who know cycle planning and post-cycle basics

How to Use

Research says CHOSEN 1 is a 60-tablet bottle, with retailers hinting at 1 tablet per serving. Without a fully verified label or directions, stick to what's on the bottle. Stuff like this is for planned cycles, not everyday forever. If you're advanced, think about your health baseline, labs, blood pressure, and post-cycle plan first. Don't mix with other hormone supps unless a pro says so.

What to Expect

First few days, don't expect a big energy kick—this isn't a stim product. In the first couple weeks, watch for better training vibes, body comp tweaks, and fuller or harder muscles. Mid-way, you'll see if it's helping your lean gains or recomp kick in. Later on, it's about those visible changes, strength jumps, and solid recovery. Everyone's different based on diet, experience, sleep, genes, and how your body handles it.

Key Ingredients

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CHOSEN 1 designed to do?

CHOSEN 1 is positioned as an advanced prohormone-style product for lean mass, recomposition, and a harder-looking physique phase. It is generally used by experienced lifters seeking more aggressive support than natural testosterone boosters typically provide.

What ingredient is most consistently reported in CHOSEN 1?

The most consistently reported active is a 1-DHEA blend at 65 mg per serving, according to brand-linked and retailer sources. However, the full supplement facts panel has not been independently verified.

Is CHOSEN 1 a stimulant?

Based on available research, CHOSEN 1 is not positioned as a stimulant product. Users typically choose it for multi-week body-composition and training support rather than immediate energy.

Who should use CHOSEN 1?

It is best suited for experienced adult lifters who understand the prohormone category, cycle planning, and post-cycle considerations. It is not a beginner-friendly supplement.

Do I need post-cycle support with CHOSEN 1?

Because this falls in a hormone-related category, many experienced users plan support before, during, and after a cycle. Specific needs vary, so medical guidance is strongly recommended.

Can tested athletes use CHOSEN 1?

That is generally not advisable without direct confirmation from the governing body. Products in this category may create eligibility or banned-substance concerns.

How long does it take to notice results?

This category is typically assessed over weeks, not days. Most users look for changes in training output, recovery, and physique appearance over the course of a structured cycle.

Is the full label verified?

No. Full supplement facts panel not available for independent verification, so exact ingredient breakdowns and inactive ingredients cannot be fully confirmed here.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Fun with a late blooming omega
Format: Kindle
I like this book. The story is fun, cute, and sexy. There's just a little drama, some excellent, steamy scenes, and a fairly good relationship building storyline. I especially like how all the main characters are a bit older than the usual 20 somethings I tend to see in this kind of book. Having said that, I wish there were more descriptions of the places, as well as the food in the fancy restaurant. I enjoyed the cocktails at the club, so I missed that kind of detail when Gray took Madison on a dinner date. I also wish there had been more interaction between Lucas and Madison, and Lucas and Rian. It felt a bit lopsided, with a focus on Rian, Madison, and Gray. I wish it had been proofread - there are a lot of typos, but nothing too distracting.
