Er zijn bassen die je herkent aan het geluid, en de Music Man Stingray is er daar één van. De 5-snarige Special versie in Classic Natural combineert de vertrouwde Stingray DNA met een afwerking die de schoonheid van het hout centraal stelt. Geen afleidende kleur, geen poespas: alleen de bas in zijn meest pure vorm. De extra lage B-snaar vergroot het klankpalet aanzienlijk zonder iets in te leveren op de directheid en het karakter waarvoor de Stingray wereldberoemd is.

De neodymium humbucker levert de kenmerkende Stingray toon: stevig, gedefinieerd en met een aanwezige midrange die snijdt door elke mix. De 18V actieve 3-band EQ geeft je nauwkeurige controle over treble, mid en bass, met het extra headroom en de open, dynamische respons die een 18V systeem kenmerkt. Of je nu fingerpickt, met een plectrum speelt of slapt: de StingRay 5 Special reageert direct en eerlijk op elke techniek.

De select hardwood body is licht en resonant. De roasted maple hals met maple toets geeft de toon een heldere, snelle respons met een karakteristieke helderheid in het hoog. Het Stingray Special halsprofiel met een 11" radius en 22 high profile wide stainless steel frets speelt snel en precies over de gehele hals. De vintage Music Man brug met chromen stalen plaat en vernikkelde stalen zadels zorgt voor een directe, gedefinieerde aanslag. Custom Music Man lichtgewicht tuners met taps toelopende snaarpinnen en ergonomisch klaverblad design. Schaallengte 34", dot inlays, geleverd met softcase.

It's not glamorous but it works wonders - even while I am on Accutane!

This is the best, most luxurious lotion I have ever used. And the only lotion that I can even stand to be on my skin. I started Accutane (for acne) last year and was told that my skin would dry out horribly and that I needed to find a good moisturizer to limit the peeling and cracking that I would inevitably experience. Prior to the medicine my skin was oily and very acne prone and every lotion that I had tried either made me feel like I was wearing a latex suit or broke me out horribly. Even at the beginning when I was still oily this lotion never felt too heavy. Now don't get me wrong-it goes on like frosting and initially feels like a lot-but within minutes it soaks in and leaves your skin feeling like a little kids (not the sticky kind of little kid though-the good clean little kids with undamaged skin). It will last for days too. No need to reapply because it has soaked in to your skin and doesn't just sit on the surface. My skin has never been this soft. And here I am, nearly 9 months in to my Accutane medication regimen and I am not flaking or peeling. In fact, my skin has never looked better or more healthy. My doctors are shocked at how my skin has stayed moisturized because nearly everyone peels. And it doesn't break you out which is obviously something super important. Now, could I be an anomoly? Maybe, but I don't think so. I honestly think this lotion is Just. That. Good! The price isn't bad either!
