Made for individual use by children, teenagers, elderly, or anyone who prefers a lighter weight blanket. We do not recommend the use of this blanket with infants.

USAGE

FOR BETTER SLEEP:
It may take a few nights to get used to the weight and change old patterns. We recommend you try sleeping with your blanket for at least a week and in a few different ways to see how your body is best comforted.
 
○ Place the weighted blanket on top of your comforter, covering your whole body from chest to toes.
○ Use the weighted blanket on top of your sheet, with no comforter.
○ Place the weighted blanket on only the LOWER half of your body.
○ Place the weighted blanket on only the UPPER half of your body.
 
FOR ANXIETY:
Cover yourself with your weighted blanket. Then, intentionally notice each part of your body.
 
○ Start with your feet - notice the pressure of the blanket on your feet.
○ Notice your knees - sometimes squeezing your knees together can help you “get in” your body more.
○ Notice the pressure of the blanket on your torso.
○ Notice the feeling of the weight on your chest and shoulders.

RETURNS

TO RETURN YOUR BLANKET:
1. Make sure your blanket is COMPLETELY CLEAN.
Unclean blankets will be assessed a $25 cleaning fee. When in doubt, please wash your blanket before returning.
 
2. Package the blanket for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. We suggest using a USPS flat-rate priority box - it's the cheapest shipping method. Include the billing name and order number on the outside of the box. (Boxes without this information will delay the refund.)

WE DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED BLANKETS. Blankets postmarked later than 30 days from delivery will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt. The funds may take 2-10 business days to transfer.

A familiar story, just with…..less.

So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
