Stacked caffeine, full beta-alanine dose, and premium fat-burners

Alpha Lion SuperHuman Burn is a high-stim pre-workout that mixes solid training boosts with steady energy, focus, and real fat-burning help. Most fat-burner pre's feel weak in the gym, and hardcore ones skip the body comp side. This one nails both, with clear doses on the big hitters and a bunch of patented ingredients that stand out from basic stim bombs.

It kicks off with 4,000mg L-citrulline. This stuff boosts arginine levels better than taking arginine straight, which pumps up nitric oxide for better blood flow and muscle oxygen. Studies back it for blood pressure and workout gains, but 4g is solid without being the max—think good pump, not insane veins. Expect better flow during sets, though higher doses like 6-8g would amp it more.

Beta-alanine at 3,200mg is killer— that's the dose that builds carnosine in your muscles to fight acid buildup during tough reps. It shines in high-intensity stuff where the burn hits hard, and it gets better with consistent use over weeks.

Taurine at 500mg helps with cell hydration and nerve function, but it's under the 1-6g you see in a lot of studies. Choline bitartrate at 1,000mg and L-tyrosine at 1,000mg handle the focus. Tyrosine feeds into dopamine and norepinephrine, helping you stay sharp under pressure. Tyrosine is the catecholamine precu

Key Highlights

  • 4,000mg L-Citrulline — this powers up blood flow by boosting nitric oxide, so your muscles get more oxygen and nutrients. It's good stuff, but under the 6-8g in top pump pre's, so you'll feel a nice pump without going overboard.
  • 3,200mg Beta-Alanine — this is the real-deal daily dose for pumping up carnosine in your muscles. That helps buffer the burn during back-to-back hard sets, making high-rep training feel easier over time.
  • 1,000mg L-Tyrosine — this builds into brain chemicals like dopamine and norepinephrine. Basically, it keeps your head in the game during tough workouts, especially with all that caffeine.
  • 1,000mg Choline Bitartrate — a solid amount to boost acetylcholine for better focus and that mind-muscle link. Not the fanciest form, but at this dose, it helps you stay dialed in.
  • 320mg Caffeine Anhydrous — this hits fast and hard, giving you that quick energy kick that slower pre's often miss.
  • zümXR® Extended- and Delayed-Release Caffeine — smart move here. It layers quick caffeine with slower stuff to keep you going longer, avoiding that sudden crash from plain anhydrous.
  • 500mg MitoBurn® — this patented L-BAIBA helps with body comp, making this more than just a regular pre—it's got real fat-loss vibes.
  • 250mg Sensoril® Ashwagandha — a solid dose of this branded extract from root and leaf. It chills out the high-stim edges and helps you handle stress while cutting.

Who Is This For?

  • Cutters who won't let low calories kill their lifts. 4g citrulline and 3.2g beta-alanine keep training strong, plus MitoBurn®, CaloriBurn GP®, and ProGBB® amp the sweat while dieting.
  • Intermediate folks in growth phases wanting pump and fire. Citrulline for flow, beta-alanine for reps, caffeine-tyrosine-choline for that locked-in vibe.
  • High-stim fans sick of spike-and-crash. Anhydrous plus zümXR® gives smooth energy.
  • Morning workout crew needing energy, focus, and burn in one scoop—no extra fat burner needed, especially for recomp.
  • High-volume or circuit trainers where burn limits you. 3.2g beta-alanine builds tolerance over time.
  • Experienced users who like feeling their pre—tingles, stims, and thermogenic warmth make it pop.

How to Use

If you're new to high-stims or layered caffeine, start with half a scoop to check tolerance. Full scoop is the sweet spot for performance, but it's strong. Take 20-30 minutes pre-workout so fast caffeine hits and slower stuff builds.

Mix in 10-14oz cold water and shake. More water lightens the taste if thermogenics feel heavy. Empty stomach for quicker kick, light meal to smooth if sensitive. Don't stack with other stims or burners—it's got 320mg anhydrous plus zümXR®. Pairs great with creatine, intra electrolytes, and post protein. No need to cycle beta-alanine, but breaks help reset stims. Store cool and dry to avoid clumping.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: Drink it and chill—effects start soon. Minutes 10-20: Anhydrous caffeine hits, beta-alanine might tingle, and heat builds from thermogenics. Minutes 20-40: Energy, focus, and flow peak—workouts feel driven. Minutes 40-90: zümXR® keeps it going without crashing.

Days 1-7: Feel the energy, sweat, and focus right away—beta-alanine needs time. Weeks 2-4: Beta-alanine shines in hard sets as carnosine builds, turning it into a reliable tool. Late-day use might keep you up from the extended caffeine.

Key Ingredients

  • L-Citrulline — Supports fuller pumps and better workout blood flow
  • L-Tyrosine — Helps maintain focus when training stress climbs
  • Choline Bitartrate — Supports mind-muscle connection and training concentration
  • Caffeine Anhydrous — Fast, aggressive energy for immediate workout takeover
  • zumXR® Extended-Release Caffeine — Undisclosed — Extends energy beyond the usual caffeine drop-off
  • zumXR® Delayed-Release Caffeine — Undisclosed — Adds a second wave of sustained stimulation
  • MitoBurn® — Patented metabolic support for body-composition-focused training blocks
  • Sensoril® — Helps smooth high-stim intensity with adaptogenic support
  • CaloriBurn GP® — Thermogenic grains of paradise for a hotter workout
  • ProGBB® — Amplifies heat and sweat for noticeable thermogenic feel
  • L-Taurine — Adds supportive hydration and neuromuscular stability

Frequently Asked Questions

How much caffeine is in Alpha Lion SuperHuman Burn?

The label discloses 320mg caffeine anhydrous plus additional zümXR® extended-release and delayed-release caffeine, but the exact amounts of those zümXR® fractions are not individually listed. In real use, that means the formula hits hard up front and is designed to last longer than a standard 320mg anhydrous-only pre-workout.

Is the 4g L-citrulline dose enough for a good pump?

Yes, 4,000mg is enough for a noticeable blood-flow and pump effect, especially when paired with a strong training stimulus. However, it is below the 6-8g pure L-citrulline range typically associated with the most aggressive pump-focused formulas, so this is better described as a balanced hybrid than an all-out pump product.

Why is 3.2g beta-alanine important in this formula?

3,200mg is the benchmark daily dose used to build muscle carnosine over time. Carnosine helps buffer the acid accumulation that makes hard sets burn, so this dose gives the product a real cumulative performance benefit instead of just an acute stimulant effect.

What does ProGBB® actually feel like?

At 5mg, ProGBB® can create a strong warming and sweat-amplifying effect for many users, especially when combined with caffeine and CaloriBurn GP®. It is one of the reasons SuperHuman Burn feels more aggressively thermogenic than a typical pre-workout.

Can beginners use SuperHuman Burn?

It is not the best starting point for beginners. The high stimulant load, layered caffeine system, thermogenic ingredients, and rauwolfia component make it better suited to experienced users who know how they respond to intense pre-workouts.

Should I use one scoop or start with less?

If you are new to high-stim formulas or have not used one recently, start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. A full scoop is the intended dose, but the combination of caffeine anhydrous and zümXR® can feel stronger and longer-lasting than the label first suggests.

Can I stack this with coffee or another fat burner?

That is usually not a good idea unless your tolerance is very high and you are tracking total stimulant intake carefully. SuperHuman Burn already combines fast and sustained caffeine delivery with multiple thermogenic ingredients, so stacking additional stimulants can push the experience from productive to excessive.

What makes Sensoril® useful in a high-stim pre-workout?

Sensoril® is a branded ashwagandha extract included here at 250mg, which is a meaningful dose. In this context, it helps support stress resilience and can make the formula feel more controlled than a purely stimulant-driven product.

Will this help with fat loss on its own?

It supports a fat-loss phase, but it does not replace a calorie deficit. The thermogenic ingredients, stimulant system, and performance support can help you train harder and feel more metabolically active, but body-fat loss still depends primarily on diet and total energy balance.

When should I avoid taking this product?

Avoid it within several hours of bedtime, before long sedentary periods where the stimulant load is unnecessary, or on top of other stimulant products. Because the caffeine delivery is layered, the wakefulness effect can last longer than expected.

A bewitching retelling of Arthurian legend!
Format: Kindle
In a land where the Fae have nearly become only a legend and those who still posses even a morsel of the blood are few and far between, Morgan finds herself cast aside by most of society due to her rumored half-Fae lineage, including her brother, King Arthur. With the kingdom at the brink of war, Arthur entrusts her with a quest to retrieve a Fae weapon of legendary power: the sword of Perun, Excalibur. Accompanied by men she loathes, Captain Kairos Draven and Ragnar Whitehorn, she embarks on her long and unbeknownst perilous journey, only to find that things she once believed to be myth are in fact very real. With devastating twists, omitted truths, witty banter and fierce action, Queen of Roses leaves you begging to know more about the secrets of Aercanum! Wow, wow, wow! Going into this story, I did not realize that it was going to be a retelling of Arthurian legend, especially not one with a fantastical twist! The unique spin almost gave me The Witcher vibes and I think adding Fae into the mix was quite interesting. I knew the basics of the legend but after reading this book, it has piqued my interest and makes me want to learn more about it. My attention was snatched as soon as I finished the prologue and I knew that I was going to devour this story. I truly enjoyed the gender swaps and even how Arthur was portrayed as villainous. Morgan’s past and even her parts of her present is absolutely heartbreaking, and I felt for her at times. I can only recall one other book that made me hate characters the way I despised Florian and Arthur, leaving me with my blood boiling and feeling disgusted. Even after finishing the book, Draven is still a mystery to me and I cannot figure out how to feel about him. I guess they just means that the author did an excellent job at conveying each character’s persona! The rich world building and imagery made it easy for me to visualize the places that the group visited along their journey. I am truly engulfed in this story and I cannot wait to see wait fate awaits Morgan and how the Fae will be even more incorporated in the next book!. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Enchanting
Format: Kindle
"Queen of Roses" by Briar Boleyn is a delightful and refreshing reimagining of the classic tale of King Arthur, with a captivating twist that places the spotlight on Morgan, a character who has often been overshadowed in traditional retellings. Boleyn's creative decision to shift the narrative perspective to Morgan breathes new life into the story, offering readers an intriguing and compelling look at the Arthurian world from an entirely different angle. One of the most commendable aspects of this book is its incorporation of Fae elements, which adds an enchanting layer of magic and mystery to the already familiar Arthurian setting. Boleyn skillfully weaves the world of the Fae into the narrative, creating a captivating backdrop against which the events of the story unfold. This addition not only adds depth to the world-building but also provides ample opportunities for twists and turns that keep readers thoroughly engrossed. However, while the book boasts numerous strengths, it does have one noticeable flaw: the characterization of Morgan. While it is reasonable to create a flawed and complex protagonist, it appears that at times, Morgan's character becomes overly difficult and hard to relate to. Her persistently negative perception of one of the main male characters, who is a potential love interest, despite his efforts to support and assist her, may come across as somewhat irrational and could test the patience of some readers. Striking a balance between a strong, independent character and one who can recognize genuine support and affection could have enhanced the overall reader experience. Nonetheless, the allure of "Queen of Roses" lies in its innovative approach to the Arthurian legend and its skillful blending of fantasy elements into a familiar narrative. Boleyn's evocative prose draws readers into a world where magic, destiny, and fate entwine, leaving us eager to uncover the mysteries that unfold within the pages. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

An action-packed dark romantasy
Format: Kindle
I loved this book! Queen of Roses is an Arthurian-inspired dark romantasy that is the first book in the Blood of Fae series. The story follows Morgan, the princess of Camelot who is rumored to be part fae. Fueled by prejudiced hatred and a mistrust of fae blood, Morgan’s abusive father strips her of her birthright and hands it to her half-brother, Arthur. Instead of becoming queen, Morgan is commanded to join the temple of the goddesses when she comes of age. However, Arthur turns into a psychopathic, power-hungry, fae-hating king as he ages. He develops malevolent plans and commands Morgan to find an ancient weapon with legendary power. Although Morgan is wary of Arthur’s intentions, she embraces the opportunity to go on a journey and potentially change her fate. The story picks up from there and we follow Morgan on her quest to find the ancient relic. It’s full of high stakes adventure, mystery, tension, banter, forced proximity, hidden magic, self discovery, and betrayal. This first installment of the series intricately develops the world building and character development. There’s little romance in this book, but it is evident that it is a slow burn that will continue to develop throughout the remainder of the series. Overall, I loved the world building, the epic fantasy, Morgan’s journey of self discovery, and all of the twists and turns that set the stage for the future installments. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Arthurian Fae Quest…say less.
Format: Kindle
A fae centered Arthurian tale unlike any I’ve read so far. The author did a great job at descriptive world building, with scenes easily playing out in my minds eye. There was plenty of action, suspense, and even a touch of horror. An enemies to lovers, slow burn romance, a quest, with plot twist and turns aplenty. There was a love triangle, which I’m not usually a fan of but, it played out well in this story line. The FMC, Morgan Pendragon, was so blatantly naïve, yet I typically expect as much in a ‘book one’ of a series, especially one that features a fairly sheltered princess. I was happy to read that in spite of this, she still showed a strong sense of morals, fire, and spine. Now our MMC? Kairos Draven, aka Void’s Edge. Oh, how I’m a sucker for a smoking’ hot grumpy warrior alpha with a witty mouth, and a strong sense of “touch her and die” attitude, so you know who held all my cards. That ending? Just made me swoon all the harder. Now add a battlecat that rivals the size of a horse…and well Ms. Briar Boleyn you have well and truly stolen my heart. I’m excited to see where the story goes from here, and follow along to see more of the characters growth. I went into this story fairly blind, and I think I enjoyed it all the more because of it. Once the story got going, it had me in an absolute chokehold and it was difficult to put down.

Not a bad start
Format: Kindle
3 stars Thank you Netgalley and Briar Boleyn for the ARC! A camelot/king Arthur retelling with fae. I was hooked by the idea of this book immediately and was eager to jump into this world. • slow burn • enemies to lovers • who did this to you Morgan Pendragon watched her mother die by her father's hand when she was just eight years old, hiding under the bed. Morgan is believed to have the tainted blood of the fae in her veins and is cast aside so that her fathers illegitimate son, Arthur, can become the king. She's seen his cruel treatment of the fae firsthand, so when he sends her on a journey to find a fae weapon she seizes the opportunity to do more with her life. Along the way, she finds more than she could have imagined. I don't know a whole lot about King Arthur and Camelot but I had a lot of fun with this story! The plot has some similar tropes to popular romantasy books (From blood and ash) but there's enough originality here that it doesn't feel like I'm reading a copy. I liked how the fae were different in appearance than what is typical in most fantasy books I've read. In this book they have blue hair, violet skin and a wide range of other characteristics. I thought that the world building was easy to follow and I could easily immerse myself into this world. After reading the blurb I kept wondering when she was going to go on the journey to find Excalibur and it doesn't happen until around the 45% mark. The story is a bit slow at times but starts to pick up once they begin their journey to find Excalibur. The John Wick style Inn was a fun concept that I enjoyed reading about. There are a lot of similarities to this and FBAA and I would have liked to have it be a little more different, but I'm hoping book two will have the story turn into something of its own. Overall I enjoyed reading this story and I'm looking forward to reading book two especially after that ending.
