The Segno project represents the culmination of that effort: a deep, territory-driven understanding of Gaglioppo, the ancient indigenous grape at the heart of this wine.

Gaglioppo in rosato form is a revelation. The colour is a vivid salmon-pink, and the nose delivers ripe strawberry, dried rose petal, and a faint saline mineral note that speaks directly to the sun-baked Calabrian coast. On the palate it's fresh and medium-bodied, with enough structure to hold its own at the table and enough brightness to keep things lively glass after glass. It moves effortlessly from aperitivo to a full meal — equally at home alongside grilled fish, aged pecorino, or a spread of cured meats.
