Hard-hitting stim energy with drying help and boosters to make it last

Insane Labz Insane Creatine 60 Servings isn't your typical creatine setup based on the formula we verified. It feels more like a strong stim and fat-burning workout booster: quick caffeine, Rauwolfia vomitoria extract with alpha-yohimbine, dandelion root extract, and helpers like AMPiberry®, OxyGold®, and BioPerine® to amp things up. The goal is clear even with the label not showing exact doses—deliver big energy, crank up the stim feel, and help you look leaner and drier instead of focusing on pumps or strength boosters.

Caffeine anhydrous drives the whole thing. It's the dry form that hits fast, usually boosting alertness, workout motivation, reaction time, and that ready-to-go feeling in 15-30 minutes. The catch is no exact dose shown in the verified formula, so treat it as high-stim and don't count on precise amounts like the research-backed 3-6 mg per kg of bodyweight for performance gains.

Rauwolfia vomitoria extract standardized to alpha yohimbine is what makes this stand out from plain caffeine. Alpha yohimbine shows up in tough fat-loss and pre-workout supps for its strong adrenaline-like effects, often giving you more intensity, warmth, less hunger, and sharper brain buzz. It can lead to jitters, faster heart rate, or too much stim for some, especially with caffeine. Undisclosed dose means higher upside but more need for caution.

Dandelion root extract is here for something else: managing fluids. It's been used forever as a natural way to flush water,

Key Highlights

  • Caffeine Anhydrous — the quick energy base. This gets you alert, motivated, and pumped up fast, usually in 15-30 minutes.
  • Rauwolfia Vomitoria Extract standardized to Alpha Yohimbine — gives it that edge. It's in intense fat burners and pre-workouts for sharper adrenaline rush, better appetite control, and a tougher vibe than caffeine solo.
  • Dandelion Root Extract — smart pick for looks. Used traditionally to drop water, it helps with that tight, dry appearance when bloating hides your cuts.
  • AMPiberry® — Insane Labz's juniper extract focused on stim timing. It's about making energy feel steady and longer-lasting, not just a quick blast.
  • OxyGold® Fulvic Acid — a helper for getting nutrients in. Fulvic acid grabs and moves stuff at the cell level, so it boosts how the rest of the formula performs.
  • BioPerine® Black Pepper Extract — the best-studied one beyond the stims. With over 72 studies and 98 papers, it's the go-to for better absorption by slowing breakdown and gut push-out.
  • High-Stim Setup — not trying to be a full pre-workout. It's all about energy, fat-burning heat, and looking drier, skipping pumps, creatine, or endurance stuff.
  • Great for Cuts — makes sense when calories are down and motivation dips. Stims keep your workouts strong, dandelion helps with that sharp look during leans.

Who Is This For?

  • Cut bodybuilders wanting workout fire and drier gym look. Caffeine, alpha-yohimbine Rauwolfia, dandelion mix fits hard energy plus water drop, not pump fullness.
  • Stim pros training fasted mornings needing hunger kill and big CNS hit. More for urgency and heat than beginner smooth pre-workouts.
  • Physique folks prepping shoots, beach leans who value sharp looks with performance. Dandelion helps less water, stims keep output on low cals.
  • Lifters finding caffeine short, wanting stim-boosting formula. AMPiberry® and BioPerine® improve uptake and length of main stims.
  • Fans of simple thermogenic styles over loaded all-in-ones with pumps, endurance, strength. Sticks to energy, heat, dry support.
  • Mid to advanced gym rats pushing through low motivation, needing quick pre-switch. Hits fast for when mindset limits you.

How to Use

Take 1 serving 20-30 minutes pre-training to hit peak with sets. New to this or alpha-yohimbine? Half first for tolerance. Mix in 8-12 oz cold water, shake well—pepper and botanicals can settle. Empty stomach speeds it, but if caffeine or Rauwolfia bugs your gut, eat light 60-90 minutes before. Don't stack with coffee, drinks, nootropics, or burners unless pushing stims hard. Pairs good with standalone creatine, electrolytes, intra carbs or aminos for volume. No daily for buildup—use on hard days or cuts. Cycle if stim edge fades. Store sealed, cool, dry—moisture messes powders.

What to Expect

0-10 minutes: mostly just waiting, especially with water not food. 10-20 minutes: caffeine kicks in, alpha-yohimbine fans might feel rising heat, urgency, or mindset shift. 20-40 minutes: peak time for drive, focus, and heat where it shines. 40-90 minutes: back end depends on hidden doses, but AMPiberry® and BioPerine® aim for sustained feel over basic caffeine. Days 1-7: figure tolerance and serving—no loading, effects are right away. Weeks 2-4: mostly stim tolerance builds, so save for key sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Insane Creatine 60 Servings actually a creatine product?

Based on the verified formula provided for this page, the active profile is built around caffeine anhydrous, dandelion root extract, AMPiberry®, OxyGold®, Rauwolfia vomitoria extract standardized to alpha yohimbine, and BioPerine®. That means it functions much more like a high-stim thermogenic pre-workout than a straightforward creatine monohydrate supplement.

How much caffeine is in this product?

Caffeine anhydrous is confirmed as an active ingredient, but the exact milligram amount was not disclosed in the verified formula data provided. Because it is paired with Rauwolfia standardized to alpha yohimbine, it should be approached as a high-stim product even without a confirmed caffeine total.

What does the Rauwolfia vomitoria extract do in this formula?

Rauwolfia is standardized to alpha yohimbine, which is commonly used in aggressive pre-workout and fat-loss formulas to intensify stimulation, increase body heat, and sharpen appetite suppression. It is one of the main reasons this product will feel stronger and less beginner-friendly than a caffeine-only formula.

What is AMPiberry® supposed to do?

AMPiberry® is Insane Labz’s trademarked Juniperus communis extract. In sports nutrition, it is used with the goal of improving the absorption profile and slowing the metabolic fade of stimulants like caffeine so energy feels smoother and more sustained.

Why is dandelion root extract included?

Dandelion root is traditionally used as a natural diuretic. In physique and cutting-oriented formulas, that matters because it can help users feel less watery and look a bit tighter, especially when visual definition is a priority.

Is BioPerine® just black pepper for label appeal?

No. BioPerine® is the most clinically established black pepper extract in the supplement space, supported by 72+ clinical studies and 98+ publications. Its role is to improve bioavailability by influencing metabolic enzymes and intestinal transport systems.

Should I take this on an empty stomach?

A lighter stomach usually makes stimulant formulas hit faster, but that is not always more comfortable. If you are sensitive to caffeine or alpha-yohimbine-containing products, a small meal before use can reduce the chance of nausea without fully blunting the workout effect.

Can I stack this with coffee or another fat burner?

That is not a smart default choice. Since the formula already combines caffeine with Rauwolfia standardized to alpha yohimbine, adding more stimulants can quickly push the experience from productive to unpleasant.

Do I need to use this every day for it to work?

No. This formula is designed for acute effects, meaning you feel it on the days you take it rather than after a loading period. Daily use is optional, but frequent use can increase stimulant tolerance over time.

Who is this best suited for?

It makes the most sense for intermediate to advanced users in a cut, fasted morning trainees, and physique-focused lifters who want a stronger, drier, more thermogenic pre-workout feel. It is not a great fit for beginners, late-night trainers, or anyone wanting a mild daily energy supplement.

Excellent Rivals to Lovers!!
Format: Kindle
The tension and banter between Huntyr and Wold was delectable. I absolutely love the fallen angel and all of his flaws. Huntyr is amazing too being a badass FMC with some major trauma. The world building was great and I enjoyed the training aspect of the story. The writing was immersive and was in the story the whole time. The ending had quite a twist that I hadn’t anticipated and made my jaw DROP. Excellent job! I also loved the narration. Laura is one of my fave narrators!

Fallen Angels, fae, vampires, oh my!
Format: Kindle
Rating: 4.5 | Spice: 2 (but a good slow-burn) • Main Characters: Huntyr and Wolf • I couldn’t wait to read this book; there was so much hype about it! And there was no doubt why. I fell in love with the characters and the plot itself. This book is mainly plot driven more than friction driven but it’s easy to follow along with. The characters are fun, easily understood. The main setting is at an academy where both the main characters are going through trials and building strength for the final test, The Transcendent. There are fantastic side characters as well. I loved the camaraderie between Huntyr and her friends. But we don’t like Lanson. 😆 We do have some plot twists that come into play throughout the book. Secrets and betrayal to be seen. I did adore Wolf and Huntyr’s relationship. It was a classic slow burn trope. They didn’t hit it off fast, but in time their feelings grew. I loved their banter, so sexy. Wolf is your next book boyfriend; Huntyr is your next vampire assassin independent bad-a*s female. Themes include loyalty, trust, self-discovery, a true slow burn romance. Side note: book ends on a angsty cliffhanger! • Emily, thank you for writing this awesome novel and I cannot wait to devour Book 2, Blood So Brutal! 😍 • Happy reading, my lovelies! xo

“My heart bows to you and you only, Huntress.”
Format: Kindle
3.5 🌟 This book popped up in my KU recommended reading suggestions and the synopsis sounded like what I was in the mood for. I'm so glad I took a chance on it. I went into this knowing absolutely nothing about it and ended up really liking it. I love when this happens. The main characters are likeable and I easily found myself rooting for them. There is a mystery element to each of their backstories that I enjoyed watching unfold and can't wait to get more of. Wolf, in particular, has me fixated. Love him. I found this to be an entertaining, addictive read with a plot that moves along at a good pace. It reads so easily I found myself very reluctant to put it down. Lots of twists and turns and the angst is there. A good set up for the next book to come, for sure. My issues with this book....the dialogue feels a bit juvenile at times and there is a repetitive over use of a particular word phrasing that I found myself giving the ole eye-roll to. There are, without a doubt, some pretty cliche moments that gave me a bit of the cringe. I think this could've certainly 100% benefited from more depth regarding the world building. Perhaps the world building was sacrificed to keep the pacing quick? Just a guess. Also, the lack of consistency of character for the FMC was really evident and so she feels quite illogical at times. Overall, this was a fun and enjoyable read that hit the spot well enough for me. That ending certainly has me impatiently pining for book 2!

Interesting take on the genre
Format: Kindle
True rating: 3.25 ⭐️ I enjoyed the fresh take on the genre. The best way I could describe the setting and world is an apocalyptic dystopian version of Farie where vampires, fae, and angles struggle to survive in what is left of the world. It was definitely interesting throwing the academy/hunger games aspect into this world as well. Even though I guessed the final reveal early on in the book, I kept hoping I was wrong, and it would take a surprising turn. While the "plot twists" were a bit predictable to me, I still enjoyed the ride this book took me on. Another downfall for me was the plot holes in the world building... I.E. if society has fallen and the world is in the aftermath of war, how are there trains running around the world? Just to take young adults to the trials to get into the golden city? How is the train maintained, the tracks clear, etc? However, I did enjoy the FMC & MMC and thought they were fleshed out nicely. I also enjoyed the side characters but wish some were developed more like Ashalin (sp?). I do find myself rooting for the MCs to succeed and find happiness together, which is obviously an important aspect for romantasy. Overall, was this an earth-shattering, mind-bending, terrific piece of literature? No. But was it the worst thing I've read this year? Also, no. This book has, to me, the bones of a great read & just needs a bit more to push it from an alright book to a great book. Overall ratings: Plot- 3.5⭐️ World building 3⭐️ Spice 2.5 🌶🌶 Main characters 4 ⭐️ Supporting characters 3.5⭐️

great book
Format: Kindle
I am really excited to meet the author at the book retreat this month. I really enjoyed this world that she built and most of the female main character Huntress is so awesome. She goes through a lot in this book and the ending; wow! I wouldn't have even guessed. I highly recommend everyone to read this book. I have been so lucky this year that almost all the books I have read have been, so far, 5 out 5 stars.
