Lambrook Seed Pinot Gris 2024 x 12WINEMAKING PROCESS We harvest our Pinot Gris in the cool of the night when the fruit is cool and fresh. (It looks a bit like the aliens have landed with the lights of the harvester shining down the hillside). The grapes are then crushed and pressed at the winery for a cool slow ferment. WINEMAKING NOTES This Pinot Gris displays aromas of pear and white peach, the finely texted palate is well balanced, leaving a clean and crisp finish. Tony Love

 “A lick of peachy colour here is pleasing. There’s an undercurrent of nutty 
savouriness lending complexity too. Pulpy texture with aromas and flavours  
of gingery peach, nashi pear, tonic water and green apple. The finish is 
 pleasingly chalky to boot. Ripper drink and easy as to do so.
