3,500mg liquid L-Carnitine to support your daily metabolism

Metabolic Nutrition L-Carnitine 3500 is a high-dose liquid with just one ingredient. It keeps things simple: a solid amount of L-Carnitine, no prop blends or weak extras. You get 3,500mg per serving. That's more than the 2g a day seen in a bunch of human studies. Way better than the tiny 500-1,000mg doses tossed into fat burners just for show. This isn't an everything-but-the-kitchen-sink supplement. It's a straight-up tool for folks who want to add a key metabolic player to their stack.

L-Carnitine mainly helps transport fatty acids into your mitochondria – that's the power plants in your cells. There, fats get burned for energy. That's why it's big for fat metabolism and keeping your energy up. In real life, it's not like caffeine where you feel a buzz. It just helps your body use fat as fuel, especially with good training and eating. The research on L-Carnitine is decent, not amazing, but there are solid human studies. One trial showed 2g a day cut physical and mental fatigue, plus dropped fat mass and added muscle in older folks. Another with 2g of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate in guys who lift found hints of better recovery, like more androgen receptors after workouts. But that's early stuff, don't hype it too much.

With 3,500mg per serving, this hits or beats doses from studies. That's big because carnitine shines with steady use, not a one-time wow. You'll notice it subtly at first.

MN L-Carnitine 3500 by Metabolic Nutrition contains 3500mg L-Carnitine, a clinical dose for muscle recovery and growth.

Key Highlights

  • 3,500mg L-Carnitine per serving – that's a real dose you can count on, not some sprinkle in a blend. Lots of fat-loss supps hide tiny amounts in prop labels; this one puts the full dose front and center, ready to go solo.
  • Just one ingredient – it's all about delivering L-Carnitine to help move fatty acids and keep energy metabolism humming. Easy to stack without doubling up on stims, brain boosters, or stuff you're already taking.
  • Liquid form – quick to down, way easier than popping a bunch of pills every day. For something like carnitine where you need to take it regular, this convenience keeps you on track.
  • Beats common study doses – plenty of human trials use about 2g a day of L-Carnitine or L-Carnitine L-Tartrate. At 3,500mg, this is in the serious zone, not messing around.
  • Helps with fat transport in mitochondria – L-Carnitine moves long-chain fatty acids into your cell's energy hubs for burning. That's why it fits great in cuts, cardio days, and stacks for getting lean.
  • Good for fighting fatigue – L-Carnitine isn't just for burning fat. Studies show it helps with physical and mental tiredness in some people, so it's useful beyond just looking good.
  • No prop blend – you see exactly what's in it. In a world where carnitine gets lost in a pile of thermogenics, this clear label is a win.
  • Fits any stack – no stims here, so mix it with pre-workouts, creatine, protein, electrolytes, or cardio helpers without messing things up. It plugs a specific hole instead of overwhelming everything.

Who Is This For?

  • Physique folks in a cut who want a no-stim daily tool without extra caffeine from pres, coffee, or burners. That 3,500mg L-Carnitine is a legit standalone dose for fatty acid moving and energy metabolism, not just a blend filler.
  • Morning fasted cardio crew wanting more than plain water but not a full thermogenic. Liquid's quick and easy, and L-Carnitine helps with fat use in consistent, calorie-smart routines.
  • Mid-level lifters doing 4-6 sessions a week who build stacks piece by piece, not all-in-ones. Single-ingredient carnitine lets you add creatine, electrolytes, protein, or stim pre only when you want.
  • Over-40 gym rats staying lean and energized without high stims messing sleep or recovery. L-Carnitine has studies showing less fatigue, perfect for valuing solid sessions and daily vibe over quick highs.
  • Athletes on stim pres who want metabolic help without repeat ingredients. L-Carnitine 3500 brings mitochondrial fatty acid transport, different from caffeine-loaded stuff.
  • Dieters chasing recomp who need an easy daily supp. Simple formula, focused on one thing, liquid delivery – cuts the hassle of pill overload and boosts sticking with it.

How to Use

Grab 1 serving daily per the label, ideally 20-30 minutes before training, cardio, or activity. On off days, take with food to stay consistent. Liquid means take it straight or mix in a bit of cold water for milder flavor. Food isn't required, but pairing with carbs can help because insulin boosts carnitine uptake in muscles. No need to half-dose for tolerance – it's stim-free, but if you're small, check gut feel first. Pairs great with creatine, whey, electrolytes, CoQ10, and most pres since its job is different. No cycling like stim stuff; steady use is the goal. Keep it closed tight in a cool, dry spot like any liquid supp.

What to Expect

Minutes 0-10: down the liquid serving, no big taste or gut drama beyond the usual. Minutes 10-30: no rush or crash like stims – it's not about firing up your nerves right away. In your session, it's helping that fatty acid burn step. Days 1-7: the win is easy daily use thanks to the liquid. Weeks 2-4: this is prime time, as steady L-Carnitine fits body comp and fatigue goals over weeks. It's buildup, not instant – judge it by how your routine feels overall, not the first dose.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much L-Carnitine is in each serving of Metabolic Nutrition L-Carnitine 3500?

Each serving provides 3,500mg of L-Carnitine in liquid form. That is a meaningful standalone dose and sits above the roughly 2g/day intake used in several human studies on fatigue, body composition, and exercise-related outcomes.

Is Metabolic Nutrition L-Carnitine 3500 a stimulant?

No. This formula is stim-free and does not rely on caffeine or thermogenic stimulants. Its job is metabolic support through L-Carnitine’s role in fatty acid transport, so you should not expect a jittery or high-energy feeling.

What does L-Carnitine actually do in the body?

L-Carnitine helps transport long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they can be burned for energy. That is why it is commonly used during cutting phases, cardio blocks, and body-composition-focused training plans.

When should I take L-Carnitine 3500?

The most practical timing is 20-30 minutes before training or cardio, or with a meal on non-training days. Because insulin supports muscle carnitine uptake, taking it around a carbohydrate-containing meal can also make physiological sense.

Will I feel this product right away?

Probably not in the way you feel caffeine or other stimulants. L-Carnitine is not designed to create an immediate rush; its value comes from consistent use supporting fat metabolism and fatigue management over time.

Can I stack Metabolic Nutrition L-Carnitine 3500 with a pre-workout?

Yes. Because this formula is stimulant-free and contains only L-Carnitine as the active, it stacks cleanly with most pre-workouts, creatine, protein, electrolytes, and recovery products without major ingredient overlap.

Is 3,500mg of L-Carnitine a good dose?

Yes. It is firmly in the serious-use category and above the 2g/day level often seen in research. That makes it much stronger than the decorative carnitine inclusions commonly found in multi-ingredient fat burners.

Do I need to cycle this product?

No stimulant-style cycling is needed. In fact, L-Carnitine makes the most sense when used consistently day after day, since its benefits are tied more to ongoing support than to a single acute serving.

Is this product good for cutting?

Yes, that is one of its most logical uses. L-Carnitine is commonly used in cutting phases because of its role in transporting fatty acids into mitochondria, especially when paired with training and a calorie-controlled diet.

Does this use a trademarked form like Carnipure®?

No trademarked carnitine raw material is verified from the available data. The formula still provides 3,500mg of L-Carnitine, but buyers specifically looking for a named trademarked source should note that distinction.

One of the best Bat stories that I've read.
Format: Paperback
Coming off from The Long Halloween, Jeff Loeb and Tim Sale give us the sequel to their popular story tale in which we see Batman go at it with another year long mystery, while also giving us an origin story for the first Robin, Dick Grayson. After reading this book, I have come away having with even more love of the Dark Knight's mythology, while coming to see this as my favorite Batman story that I have read, even if it doesn't stand as well on its own. ON the narrative side of things, Loeb delivers a story fairly similar to the one he gave in The Long Halloween, though I feel this one is a bit more polished than Halloween was. Some have said that the retreading of plot structure have limited the way Loeb's later works are read, but I myself have no problem with it (for the most part), Loeb manages to do enough differently that you don't feel like you're reading the exact same story. The real big negative I'd have to give this graphic novel is that it really doesn't stand as well by itself than if you had read The Long Halloween. While I myself read that story before coming in to this one, I did see many connections that I would assume would through off any newcomers who hadn't read the prior story. But I will say that this is the story that had me invested the most emotionally. Without giving away any spoilers, that last page in the novel gave me such a cathartic experience that I really came to appreciate certain aspects of the Dark Knight's mythology, and how themes of loneliness were touched upon in a very genuine way. Looking at the art for the novel, Sale's work has improved much from The Long Halloween. I always mention in reviews concerning Sale that I was originally not a fan of his art, but after going through his work, you can't help but admire the level skill he manages to put in his drawings. There is a very big noir feeling in this novel (a plus for ) that is just delivered so well that any preferences in art I may have against Sale are put away in admiring the way he plays with lighting in the story. My biggest complaint for the art, which is a more of a personal thing really, is that I do not like the "pixie" costume they gave Robin (which is his default costume that many would associate him with). I have never really liked this costume, probably never will, but again, this is just me. Overall, I would say I really enjoyed the novel and would have to recommend it to any fans of the Batman (although I'd make sure you have read The Long Halloween first). This has come to be one of my most favorited Batman stories I've read, and I hope others will receive the same level of satisfaction that I have.

Great Sequel to Long Halloween
Format: Paperback
This takes all of the great elements of the Long Halloween and keeps it going. The two of those books together is a great story telling. Ticks all the boxes of a great Batman book. If you like this and Long Halloween check out The Penguin show on HBO Max. and if you like The Penguin but haven't read these two books you should since the show pulls a lot of influence from them.
