Truth is, we have a slight obsession with 14kt gold fill :) This is the highest quality gold next to solid gold. It is composed of a thick layer of gold over jeweler's brass, which is actually fused to its base. In other words, you can shower/ swim/ sweat in your 14k gold filled jewelry and it won't flake off, tarnish, or turn green! ;) It is also great for people with sensitive skin. We recommend purchasing either of the 14kt gold filled chain options rather than the plated chain if you can!
