5g straight creatine monohydrate. No junk. No hassle.

APS Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate 500g keeps it simple with one of the best-researched ingredients for performance: creatine monohydrate. The idea here isn't flashy—it's about getting it right. Each scoop gives you a full 5g, which is spot on for the doses in studies that boost muscle creatine levels, help with repeated intense efforts, and build strength and muscle when you lift weights. No fillers, no extra stuff to water it down, and no blends hiding the details.

Creatine monohydrate boosts phosphocreatine in your muscle cells. For short, max-effort stuff like heavy lifts, sprints, jumps, or back-to-back power moves, your body taps into the ATP-phosphocreatine system. Adding creatine expands that phosphocreatine reserve, so ATP rebuilds quicker between bursts. In the gym, that means nailing one more rep, holding power through sets, less fade in sprint repeats, and more solid training overall. And that extra volume and intensity? That's what drives real progress.

The 5g dose is key. Studies and expert groups back 3-5g daily for keeping levels up after loading, with 20g a day split into four 5g doses for 5-7 days if you want quick results. APS Nutrition nails that 5g per scoop, making dosing easy. No guessing, no half-measures, no tricks. Load with four scoops a day to hit 20g, or just do 5g daily to build up steadily over about 3-4 weeks.

APS Creatine 500g by APS Nutrition contains 5g Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure®), a clinical dose for strength and power output.

Key Highlights

  • 5,000mg creatine monohydrate per scoop—that's the classic dose for everyday use. It fits right in the 3-5g sweet spot to keep your muscle creatine topped off and help with those repeated max efforts.
  • Just one ingredient—no secret blends, no extras, no low doses snuck in. You see exactly what's inside, so it's easy to match up with the science and add to your other supps without issues.
  • Made for rebuilding ATP fast—creatine ups phosphocreatine in muscles, regenerating energy during quick, hard bursts. You'll feel it as better power holding up in sets, sprints, and explosive drills.
  • Great for building strength or size—creatine isn't only for power guys. It helps you keep training strong and pile on more work, which is huge for muscle growth over the long haul.
  • Fits loading protocols perfectly—one scoop is 5g, so hitting 20g a day with four scoops for 5-7 days is simple. That ease keeps you on track with dosing.
  • Works fine without loading too—if you like taking it slow, one 5g scoop a day gets you there. Saturation builds over a few weeks, and it's super easy to stick with.
  • No stims for pure performance—no caffeine, no tingles, no downs. Perfect for night workouts, watching your stim intake, or anyone wanting solid muscle support without the jitters.
  • No filler nonsense—this is what serious folks like because it's all about the creatine. Less stuff means it plays nice when you mix it with pre-workouts, protein, aminos, or hydration drinks.

Who Is This For?

  • Folks in muscle-building phases needing extra reps before fading. 5g creatine monohydrate helps recharge energy, keeping output steady in high-volume sets as fatigue builds.
  • Powerlifters and strength fans chasing bar speed, heavy repeats, and steady progress. Creatine monohydrate is top-tier for intense performance, fitting squat, bench, deadlift routines like a glove.
  • Cross-trainers and functional fitness types doing back-to-back explosive work. It supports energy recycling in short bursts like pushes, intervals, sprints, and circuit rounds.
  • Field or court athletes needing quick starts, stops, and sprint repeats. The win is muscle-level energy, not hype—that's creatine monohydrate's strong suit.
  • No-frills supp users wanting one proven ingredient over a packed label. This delivers a solid 5g with no blends or extras.
  • Newbies starting a basic supp routine. Creatine monohydrate is a smart first add—clear how it works, easy dose, and real results over time.

How to Use

Mix 1 scoop (5g) with 8-16 oz water daily. Training days? Before, during, or after works—it's about building stores, not instant effects. Rest days, just fit it in whenever.

For fast saturation, load 5g four times a day for 5-7 days, then 5g once daily. New to it or get gut issues? Start half scoop twice or with food. Shaker mixes best, especially with more water, but stirring in a glass does the job.

Stacks easy with pre-workouts, electrolytes, carbs, protein, and recovery stuff—no stims or overlaps here. No cycling needed for healthy folks; keep it consistent. Store sealed in a cool, dry spot, away from moisture.

What to Expect

First 0-30 minutes: usually no big feel since it's not a stim—no quick hype. Feeling nothing right away is normal; that's how creatine rolls.

Days 1-7: loading ramps up muscle stores fast, and some notice a bit more weight or fuller muscles from water pull-in. Without loading, 5g daily builds slower, so it's subtler at the start.

Weeks 2-4: here's where it shines. You might push better on repeat sets, hold power in explosive stuff, and keep going strong late in workouts. Long-term, it's about stacking quality sessions for strength and muscle wins when your diet and plan are solid.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much creatine is in each serving of APS Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate 500g?

Each serving provides 5,000mg, or 5g, of creatine monohydrate. That is the standard clinical maintenance dose used in the literature for sustaining elevated muscle creatine stores.

Is 5g of creatine monohydrate a clinically effective dose?

Yes. For most users, 3-5g daily is the established maintenance range, and 5g sits right at the top of that evidence-based target. It is also the exact serving size commonly used in traditional loading protocols when taken four times daily.

Do I need to load APS Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate?

No, loading is optional. If you want faster saturation, take 5g four times daily for 5-7 days, then 5g daily. If you prefer simplicity, just take 5g once daily and you will still reach full saturation more gradually over several weeks.

Will I feel this product right away like a pre-workout?

No. This formula does not contain caffeine or fast-acting stimulants, so it does not create an immediate energy surge. The benefit comes from building muscle creatine stores over time, not from an acute buzz.

Can I stack this with my pre-workout?

Yes. Since this product is just creatine monohydrate with no added stimulants or overlap ingredients, it stacks easily with most pre-workouts, pump formulas, hydration products, and post-workout shakes.

What should I mix APS Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate with?

Water works perfectly well, and many users also mix it into pre-workout, intra-workout, or post-workout drinks. Taking it with a meal or carbohydrate-containing shake can be helpful for users who prefer better GI comfort.

Does this product contain fillers or other active ingredients?

Based on the available label data, this is a straightforward single-ingredient formula with 5g creatine monohydrate per serving and no other active ingredients. That simplicity is one of its biggest strengths.

Is this a good creatine for beginners?

Yes. A plain creatine monohydrate product at 5g per serving is one of the best starting points for beginners because dosing is clear, the ingredient is heavily studied, and it is easy to use consistently.

Will creatine make me gain weight?

Many users notice a modest increase in body weight from increased intracellular water storage in muscle. That is a normal effect of creatine saturation and is different from body fat gain.

Do I need to cycle off this creatine?

No cycling is required for most healthy users. Creatine monohydrate is typically used continuously because its benefits depend on maintaining elevated intramuscular creatine levels over time.

Definitely worth the read!
Format: Kindle
After taking a deep breath and taking in that wicked twist of an ending, I have finally composed myself. My first thought when I started this book was that I love Reyna's character. I was intrigued by her connection with her familiar and the Ruin that is plaguing her land. It came as no surprise that she took her sister's place in an attempt to protect her. When they reach the Air Court everything slows down. This is where it was iffy for me. First of all, I like multiple POV's in books however 7 is a bit much. It starts to interrupt the story line. I felt like I was finally making progress connecting with one character, then it was switched to another person. I felt they all had necessary or pertinent information but not necessarily were they all POV worthy. The only other thing that annoyed me was that Reyna constantly was " trapped." She would rush off without thinking, only to need rescuing. She is brilliant in a fight, but she really doesn't think through anything. Lorcan is amazing. I know he might be on the "bad" list, but his background is so interesting. Eislyn(Reyna's sister) is really so sweet, but calculating. I enjoyed her and Thane's dialogue. The author did an amazing job with the imagery in this book. Everything was so detailed it was easy to fall into the scene. I love unexpected twists and while part of the ending I expected, I wasn't expecting how it took place. All in all, I found it very entertaining and I am very invested in continuing this series. Favorite quotes: "The truth may be twisted but never false." "Who was she if she was not the enemy of the Air Court? What was her purpose of she no longer has that?" "In a war-torn land, love was always a lie."

Great Read!!! Great story!!!
Format: Kindle
The series is long, but Ms. Wolfhart does a fantastic job of weaving this tale while bringing so much to the characters. Surprises and plot twists along the way to keep you intrigued. There is some graphic sex, but is no way the focal point. Grammar was excellent (a rare find with a lot of self publishers) with only a few noted errors. I rarely give 4 stars, let alone 5.

Sadly, DNF
Format: Kindle
I read this thru KU. I LOVED the synopsis. And then I began reading... and it was a DNF at 68% after picking it up and putting it down several times because I really loved the main female character. *****SPOILERS***** Pros: The world is unique, intriguing and fun. The primary female character is bad-a** but not a b*tech or a mary sue. The primary female has depth. I really want to know what happens to her even tho it's been weeks and I don't remember her name. The villains to the point I read are pretty good -- an ever present threat of mysterious and possibly many culprits. Cons: Way, way too many points of view. I stopped counting at 7. It's the prime reason why I don't care about most of the characters or remember their names even when I like them. There's just too many points of view so almost none of the characters have enough book space for the author to properly develop them. This literally killed the book for me. Actually it killed my desire to read. For weeks. The main male is more villain than hero. He agreed to marry the main female then locks her up & eschews her for her sister, all while bad mouthing her as unfit to rule when he never spent any time with her getting to know her. He is actually unfit to rule as he is blind to the woes of his own kingdom and starts off a peace mission to secure a ceasefire through marriage by murdering an inn full of people in her country for no real reason. Plus, he constantly makes promises he does not keep. And it's gross of him to pine for the sister behind the main female's back. ***** As much as I really wanted to see what happened to the main female character, it wasn't enough for me to keep trying to slog thru this book. There was a lot of potential here that just fell short. Hence, 3 stars.

Fae Courts with High Intrigue
Format: Kindle
This book is one that just builds and builds and then surprises you to no end. You may think you know the villains and then you are jolted in another direction. Princess Reyna is a real gem, strong of character, a fierce fighter, and loyal to her family and kingdom. Just when you think she and Lorcan, well you know, the plot is flipped. Can't wait to see where this goes in book two.

Slow, sorry but good
Format: Kindle
This was a slow moving book. Lots of character pov chapters, lots of superfluous descriptions and endless courtly appearances stalled this book to start. Once you get into the heart of the story, it takes off. Before you know it the book is done. My favorite character is Reyna. She is so strong. She is true to herself. She gets into a lot of trouble with her headstrong ways but it's entertaining. I have high hopes for Lorcan. He is honorable to a fault. Thane had turned out to be better than I thought but i still don't like him. Eislin is useless. Great plot twists at the end. I'm looking forward too book 2.
