The white coffee cup in the shape Waves Relief combines classic Meissen elements, but at the same time reflects today's spirit of the times.
The play of the waves flows into different vessel contours. Wavy edges caress every piece of porcelain.
Typical of the manufacture can also be discovered in the curved spouts, round handles and lid buds in the shape of buds.
The form was developed from 1993 to 1996 and comes from the Meissen artist Sabine Wachs.
Each Meissen shape is created by hand; great artistic skill is needed to apply the relief texture of the waves design on the tableware.
