Step 2 -Using the 'contact' section, send us a message with your desired shape & size. We will respond and request a few clear photos of the pet.

Step 3 - Once we have completed the custom piece and it is ready to ship, we will provide instructions to make the payment & select a shipping option. To find out your estimated shipping cost, add the item to the cart and enter your shipping information.

 

Material - Made of two 3mm plywood layers. Laser cut/engraved, stained, and pieced together.

Approximate Dimensions - 9" (22.8cm) wide and 12" (30.5cm) tall and 0.24" (6mm) thick.

Mounting Instructions - We recommend using removable double-sided mounting tape (not included) suitable for mounting on walls. No nail holders in the back for hanging.

Important - These are meant to be displayed indoors and are not waterproof.

Fits but not great quality

I ordered these hoping that they would work in my Saros 10R but I didn't have the greatest experience. It's a nice kit because it has everything you need while the company hasn't fully released all replacement parts yet. However, it seems like the quality is lacking compared to what came with the vacuum. When I got the kit, I replaced the mop pads, filter in vacuum, side brushes and main rollers. The mop pads are fine and seem to work as good as stock. They are the right size and I don't have any issues with them. The side brushes also seem mostly the same as stock. However, I ran into issues with the filter and the rollers. I'm including pictures of the filter after one week of use compared to the stock one that has had almost two months of use. It seems like the replacement filter was easily clogged up, whereas the original after two months was clogged in one area. On the back side of the filter, it seemed like the replacement filter was puffy whereas the original was crisp. Even after knocking the replacement around, it seemed like the dust was glued to the filter. These pictures were also taken after the dock "emptied" the vacuum. I also noticed that when I replaced the rollers, the vacuum made a noise like something was rattling around. I put the original rollers back on and the noise stopped. Tried one more time and it made the rattle. So I just ended up using the stock rollers. The kit is nice because it has all the parts you need to maintain the vacuum. However, my experience is that it doesn't work as nice as the originals and I ended up going back with the original manufacturer parts.

No, but it does a pretty good job, in fact “good enough.” Even better, the Roborock mops the floor more frequently than I ever did so it stays cleaner, overall. Definitely get a pack of spare mop cloths so you can have a set being washed while another set is available to put on the mop. So far, none of the mop cloths have worn out.
