In bocca è bilanciato, armonico, persistente e animato da una piacevole vena acida.Il Toscana IGT “Le Grance” 2016 di Caparzo nasce da uve chardonnay, sauvignon e traminer. Dopo la pressatura il mosto è lasciato a contatto con le bucce per 24 ore a bassa temperatura, a cui segue la fermentazione in barrique. La maturazione è eseguita in legno a contatto con le fecce nobili. Un bianco che dimostra come sia possibile ottenere un ottimo bianco da invecchiamento in una terra famosa per i grandi vini rossi.
Bianco importante e complesso, da abbinare a secondi piatti a base di pesce in salsa e carni bianche.

Decent value for the money.

Was easy to assemble. Instructions were clear. Tools were supplied. It really needs to be assembled wherever you're going to be putting it as it can come apart easily when moved. The cross bars simply fit into open ended plastic 90 degree female ends. Overall for the money and to just have some division in a room it's a good value.
