Efficiënt koken met optimale warmteverdeling

Met zijn aluminium bodem van 5 mm biedt de Demeyere Alu Pro 5 een snelle warmtegeleiding en perfecte warmteverdeling, waardoor je gerechten gelijkmatig garen. Dankzij de unieke TriplInduc® technologie kook je tot 30% sneller en efficiënter, vooral op inductie, wat je meer controle geeft tijdens het bereiden van je maaltijden. De hoge rand van 7 cm zorgt voor een groter bakoppervlak dan bij andere koekenpannen, ideaal voor het bakken van grotere ingrediënten of het bereiden van sauzen.

This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
