Het 5 x 7,5 cm dikke basisframe is zeer stevig en samen met een buiging van 7° behoud je een natuurlijke houding tijdens je trainingen. Elk onderdeel van dit toestel voldoet aan de Body-Solid kwaliteitsnormen.
De dikke Smith halterstang weegt slechts 11 kg en is daardoor ideaal voor zowel amateurs als profs. De GS348 is voorzien van twee extra sterke verstelbare spotters voor zowel het Smith systeem als het Power Rack. Ook biedt dit toestel zes verschillende opbergmogelijkheden voor olympische halterschijven en een opbergmogelijkheid voor een olympische halterstang.
