It is a backmasked recording of Charlie Benante saying “‘Got the Time’ wa nan kyoku desu ka?” (which translates as “What track is ‘Got the Time’?”) followed by “Right on”. Anyone who had solved the quiz could submit the answer with a proof of purchase for the chance to win a limited edition 8 cm CD titled “Anthrax Talks”.
