Mediven struva 23 verbandkousen kunnen breed worden ingezet. Zowel als compressietherapie na (vaat)chirurgische ingrepen als bij de behandeling van trombose. De verbandkousen worden gebruikt in plaats van zwachtels.


Met een druk van 23 mmHg op de enkel  welke in de richting van het bovenbeen afloopt is de mediven struva 23 als tijdelijke compressie zeer geschikt. De veneuze terugstroom van het bloed richting het hart wordt gestimuleerd waardoor het ontstaan van oedeem en bloeduitstortingen wordt tegengegaan.

Na vaatchirurgie wordt de mediven struva 23 als aanvulling op de mediven struva 35 ingezet

  • Tijdens en na de operatie wordt het niet geopereerde been ter voorkoming van trombose met de mediven struva 23 behandeld
  • Na een tot vier dagen waarbij het geopereerde been in eerste instantie met de mediven struva 35 wordt behandeld kan er worden overgestapt naar een mediven struva 23.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Bought 3 year warranty for new Dyson vacuum for $76. On day 2 the battery for vacuum would not lock into place. In order to have a functioning vacuum as quickly as possible, I purchased a second battery from Amazon. That resolved the problem, proving the battery was the problem, not the vacuum. I filed a claim with Assurion, which included sending photos, receipts, etc. The claim was still "processing" for a week. I got on a chat with Assurion, and for nearly an hour I tried to explain why it was unnecessary for me to return the whole vacuum. I asked for a supervisor, but they advised me to call because no supervisor was available. I called, and after finally getting through the computer system, I got the same run around. Finally a supervisor came on the line to tell me that this was actually an Amazon or a Dyson problem, and that I would need to return the entire vacuum. Also they would not "reimburse" for the battery I purchased. I never wanted reimbursement, I only wanted a functional battery - which is what I paid for. The supervisor told me I could "contact" Amazon. Everyone knows there is no human to contact at Amazon. You can keep the product, or you can return the product. As previously stated, I do not want to return the vacuum. Finally, the supervisor connected my call to Dyson. They refused to help me because I purchased the vacuum through Amazon. After two wasted hours, I ended up just where I suspected I would...without any help at all. I am going to try to "return" the useless Assurion warranty.
