Julie — Biologische Rosé in Provence-Stijl

Julie is een verfijnde, lichte biologische rosé met een prachtige zachtroze kleur en aroma’s van verse aardbeien, frambozen en een subtiele hint van rozenblaadjes. Deze rosé ademt elegantie en puur drinkplezier.

De druiven Grenache en Cinsault worden biologisch geteeld in zonovergoten wijngaarden tussen Nîmes en Montpellier, vlak bij de rivier bij Sommières. Dankzij de verkoelende bries en zorgvuldige teelt ontwikkelt Julie haar unieke, frisse karakter en verfijnde stijl.

De wijn is gemaakt via directe persing: blauwe druiven worden direct zachtjes geperst om hun subtiele kleur en zuivere smaak te behouden. Door het apart vergisten van de druiven en de rijping op beton ontstaat een pure, fruitige rosé met een levendige en elegante stijl — ideaal voor liefhebbers van frisheid en finesse.

HOWEVER, this little deer can't be more than 3.5 inches long and with it's over exaggerated antlers it actually makes the CUTEST little jewelry tree. As you can see I put studs thru the holes where the pairs are in symmetrical spots, but as my daughter said "it's kind of awkward that they aren't closer" But the studs I'll keep in place will be my least used, so it shouldn't be an issue. This little tree is made of very lightweight plastic which snapped together easily, but a big part of me hopes to someday find one a bit larger, made of ceramic. As my daughter said "it's by far the most creative one I've ever seen"
