De Château Cavalier Cuvée Marafiance Rosé 2024 komt uit het hart van de Côtes de Provence en laat zien waarom deze regio wereldwijd bekendstaat om rosé. Wat maakt rosé uit de Provence zo herkenbaar? De combinatie van een warm mediterraan klimaat en verkoelende invloeden zorgt voor wijnen met finesse, frisheid en een lichte, elegante kleur.

Deze rosé is een blend van Cinsault, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sémillion, Rolle en Syrah, 6 druiven die perfect samenwerken voor balans en elegantie.

Herkomst: Côtes de Provence

De wijngaarden liggen in de Provence, een van de belangrijkste roséregio’s van Frankrijk.

  • Mediterraan klimaat: veel zonuren voor optimale rijping.

  • Verkoelende mistralwind: houdt de druiven gezond en fris.

Vinificatie

De vinificatie gebeurt via directe persing van de druiven, gevolgd door fermentatie op lage temperatuur om frisheid en aromatische precisie te behouden.

Karakter en stijl

In het glas toont deze rosé een heldere, licht zalmroze kleur. De wijn staat bekend om aroma’s van rood fruit en subtiele florale tonen. De stijl is fris, elegant en toegankelijk, met een mooie balans tussen fruit en structuur.

Serveer goed gekoeld rond ~10 °C om de frisheid optimaal te ervaren.

Context: To start off, I should say that I have dry skin. Like, VERY dry skin. In purchasing this item, I wanted a product that I could consistently apply every single day to hydrate my skin. Product: The application of this stuff was like a dream. If you’ve ever tried using ANY sort of lotion (Lubriderm, Cetaphil, etc.) you’d know that usually it leaves that greasy texture on your hands that you have to wash off. This one doesn’t do ANY of that. The cream melts into your skin and absorbs very easily, unlike other lotions. I didn’t need that much to apply to my entire body. The results were great—my skin looked better and felt softer. If there was to be a con, it would be how strong the fragrance of the lotion is. This stuff smells STRONG. It’s not an unpleasant scent, but if you wanted to wear a perfume or body spray along with it, good luck because I can’t see a world where the cream won’t overpower or at least show through your preferred scent. TLDR Overall, good product with dreamlike application, but strength of scent could be dealbreaker for some.
