De ‘Munstead’ lavendel is winterhard, sterk en onderhoudsarm. Hij is ideaal voor borders, rotstuinen en potten en trekt volop bijen en vlinders aan. Dankzij zijn compacte groei blijft hij mooi in vorm en is hij breed toepasbaar in zowel moderne als natuurlijke tuinen.

Standplaats en verzorging
Lavandula angustifolia ‘Munstead’ groeit het beste op een zonnige plek in goed doorlatende, droge tot licht kalkrijke grond. De plant houdt niet van natte voeten en vraagt weinig onderhoud. Door na de bloei licht terug te snoeien blijft hij compact en rijkbloeiend.
