La fermentazione svolta grazie ai lieviti indigeni è svolta in acciaio ed è seguita da una maturazione in legno di 12 mesi a contatto con le fecce nobili. Un bianco potente, ma senza mai eccedere, che rispecchia la personalità del visionario produttore.

Finally made Homer click for me
