Petlala Intelligent Acrylic Wheel Small is foerageerspeelgoed voor vogels, zoals kleine parkieten en kleine papegaaien. Daarnaast is het ideaal om het natuurlijke zoek- en denkgedrag van je vogel te stimuleren.

Het speeltje hang je eenvoudig in de kooi. Bovenaan zit een opening waar je kleine snoepjes of voertjes in kunt stoppen. Zodra het voer in het speeltje valt, kan je vogel het stap voor stap omlaag werken via drie verschillende lagen. Onderweg kan hij de snacks ook uit de smalle kieren peuteren, wat het extra uitdagend en leerzaam maakt. Helemaal onderaan zit een grotere ronde opening waar de beloning uiteindelijk tevoorschijn komt zodra je vogel het voer naar beneden heeft gekregen.

Omdat het speeltje transparant is en voorzien is van meerdere openingen, is het niet alleen geschikt voor ervaren foerageerders, maar ook perfect voor kromsnavels die nog moeten leren hoe foerageren werkt.

Een ideale snack voor dit foerageerspeelgoed zijn onder andere zonnebloempitten, kleine stukjes fruit en om het moeilijker te maken kan je ook snipperpapier erin stoppen en daar de lekkernijen in doen.
