Collezione Millesimato 21 Prosecco DOC is een frisse en toegankelijke mousserende wijn uit Noord-Italië. “Millesimato” betekent dat de wijn van één oogstjaar komt, wat zorgt voor iets meer expressie en frisheid dan standaard non-vintage Prosecco. De stijl is typisch Charmat-methode: licht, fruitig en gericht op direct drinkplezier.
In de geur en smaak vooral groene appel, peer en citrus, met zachte florale tonen en een frisse, lichte mousse. De stijl is soepel en toegankelijk, met een droge, verfrissende afdronk die vooral draait om drinkbaarheid en frisheid.
