Hier oogst men de beste druiven om ambachtelijke wijnen te creëren, met een beperkte productie, gefermenteerd en gerijpt in kleipotten.

Lorenzo en Valentin fermenteren en rijpen de wijn in kleipotten. Ze profiteren van de knowhow van eeuwen sinds de Romeinse tijd. Ze zeggen; We zijn in Manchuela en we gebruiken klei uit consistentie met de plaats, uit traditie, door cultuur en geschiedenis, omdat we trouw geloven dat de essentie van een volk zijn tradities zijn.

Ildania Bobal

Wijn gemaakt van druiven van twee percelen van de variëteit Bobal, aangeplant tussen 1945 en 1955, in het gebied van Los Villares, op een hoogte van ongeveer 700 meter boven zeeniveau, in de gemeente Ledaña (Cuenca).

Ze worden op droog land verbouwd en er wordt biologische landbouw beoefend. De oogst gebeurt handmatig en 's nachts, waarbij de gemiddelde productie 1,5 kilo per wijnstok bedraagt. Na een selectie van trossen fermenteert 50% zonder stengels, 25% met stengels en de resterende 25% ondergaat koolzuurmaceratie.

Alle processen worden uitgevoerd in nieuwe kleipotten van 500 en 1000 liter, waarbij minimalistische oenologie wordt toegepast. Na de gisting rijpt de wijn langzaam in dezelfde vaten tot 18 maanden, waarna hij wordt gebotteld en minimaal vier maanden in de fles blijft voordat hij de wijnmakerij verlaat. De productie is beperkt tot deze twee percelen en elke fles is genummerd

I recently purchased the SIHRMIU 2 Pack Dog Chew Toys for Aggressive Chewers with hopes of providing my energetic dogs with both entertainment and stimulation. While these toys boasted durability and were designed to alleviate boredom, my experience with them yielded mixed results. Upon receiving the chew toys, I appreciated their sturdy construction and the promise of durability, which was essential given my dogs' penchant for aggressive chewing. The variety of textures and shapes seemed promising, offering potential for engaging play sessions that could keep my pets occupied and mentally stimulated. Initially, my dogs showed some interest in the toys, eagerly sniffing and exploring them. They seemed intrigued by the different textures and shapes, and I was hopeful that these toys would provide the entertainment they needed. However, as my dogs began to interact more with the toys, it became evident that their interest was short-lived. While they engaged with the toys for brief periods, they quickly lost interest and returned to their usual chewing favorites. Despite their designation for aggressive chewers, the toys did not seem to withstand the intense chewing of my pets as well as expected. Within a short time, I noticed signs of wear and tear, with pieces starting to break off. While the SIHRMIU dog chew toys offered some stimulation and diversion for my dogs, they ultimately failed to hold their interest or stand up to their aggressive chewing habits. While they may be suitable for dogs with less voracious chewing tendencies, they were not a perfect fit for my pets. In conclusion, while these chew toys have potential and may work well for some dogs, they fell short of expectations for my aggressive chewers. I appreciate the effort put into their design and durability, but unfortunately, they did not meet the needs of my furry companions.
