Use Kanna extract 10x

Kanna extract can be snorted and chewed, but can also be drunk as a tea. With the extract you should use a tenth of what is recommended for regular Kanna. The following dosage is great for a 10x kanna extract: For a cup of tea you use 20mg Kanna extract and when you chew it with gum 5 to 15 mg extract is sufficient.

Ingredients 

The active ingredients are mesembrine, mesembrenone, mesembrenol and tortuosamine. Mesembrine, the main alkaloid is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Therefore do not combine with antidepressants.
