De wijn is gemaakt van oude wijnstokken van Monastrell, geteeld op droog terrein nabij Valencia. Uniek gerijpt gedurende 11 maanden in fijne eikenhouten vaten en later verfijnd in traditionele kleivaten, bekend als tinajas. Deze wijn is diepzwart van kleur en heeft aroma's van zwarte kers, butterscotch en salie. In de smaak een verfijnde hoeveelheid tannines en indrukken van zwarte kersen, bramen, kruidnagel, rozenblaadjes en zachte tonen van gedroogde tijm en oregano. Deze Ceramic Monastrell heeft in diverse invloedrijke wijngidsen hoge scores gerealiseerd. De wijn past goed bij rood vlees, stoofgerechten en wild.

Extreme chewer

The dog loves them. Not the freshest smelling thing, but she gets through them so quickly it doesn’t really matter. She is an extreme chewer. They’re a good size. I think the price is fine. She weighs about 12 pounds. I know this is a lot of random information, but it can help you make a decision on whether to purchase or not. I would recommend them.
