Is het haar zorg die haar dochter heeft weggejaagd, en is deze zorg terecht? Een kind moet verzorgd worden, en beschermd tegen alle kwaad. Maar wanneer eindigt die verantwoordelijkheid? Wanneer het kind veertien wordt? De moeder in De nacht kan dat risico niet nemen. Ze doet er dan ook alles aan om haar kind, dat helemaal niet gered wil worden, te redden. De nacht is een ontroerende roman over de moeilijkheid om moeder te zijn van een tienerdochter die wil ontsnappen. Maar het is ook een roman waarin zowel licht als duisternis terugkeren, net als dag en nacht.

And truth be told, I prefer that it has no name on it. I’m not paying money so you can brand yourself on my car. Ps: these products go on and don’t come off. Don’t mess up. It’s the same for the competitors and the closed cell foam. One shot. Do it right the first time. I’m writing this review after I used up my first box and am getting more. Happy returning customer.
