Het Expedition imperiaal heeft een laag, lichtgewicht en volledig geïntegreerd ontwerp, dat perfect aansluit op de exterieurstyling van de auto. Gemakkelijk toegankelijk en biedt meer mogelijkheden en een grotere daklast om uitrusting mee te nemen op het dak. Het is ontworpen voor aërodynamische prestaties en om windgeruis tot een minimum te beperken.

Het Expedition imperiaal past direct op de roof rails en biedt een flexibele oplossing om uitrusting mee te nemen op het dak. Kan worden verwijderd wanneer het niet nodig is. Inclusief T-track profielen voor bevestiging van een grote verscheidenheid aan dakdrageraccessoires.

Het Expedition imperiaal is gemaakt van geanodiseerd aluminium rails die zijn geïntegreerd in een gegoten lichtmetalen frame, afgewerkt met poedercoating in Black. Het zorgvuldig op de auto afgestemde ontwerp maakt het mogelijk dat het panoramadak kan worden geopend en dat ontvangst door de dakantenne niet wordt verstoord.

Het maximum draagvermogen van het Expedition imperiaal bedraagt 88kg, afhankelijk van het soort banden. Alleen voor 90. Niet beschikbaar voor voertuigen met V8 motor. Dakrails benodigd voor de montage. Niet combineerbaar met dwarsdragers of dakkoffer.

U dient altijd rekening te houden met de maximum daklast van uw auto en ervoor te zorgen dat deze niet wordt overschreden. Objecten die boven de dakantenne van het satellietnavigatiesysteem worden geplaatst, kunnen een invloed hebben op de ontvangstkwaliteit en daarmee op de werking van navigatiesysteem en DAB-tuner (indien de auto daarmee is uitgerust).

Voorwerpen op het dak kunnen het openen van het panoramadak beperken (indien de auto daarmee is uitgerust). Wanneer er accessoires op het dak van de auto zijn gemonteerd, dient men steeds voorzichtig te zijn bij het openen van het schuif-/kanteldak om contact met op het dak gemonteerde voorwerpen te voorkomen.
