Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, Borium, Kalium, vulmiddel (Cellulose),stabilisator (Vernet natrium-CMC), antiklontermiddelen (Stearinezuur, Magnesiumstearaat, Siliciumdioxide), glansmiddel (Schellak).

Gebruik
Dagelijks 1 tablet, bij voorkeur voor het slapen gaan.
